Course Description:

A supply chain or supply network refers to a collection of organizations and individuals that interact in executing processes which are required to satisfy customer demand – demand for goods and services. These business processes are focused on the flow of products/services, information and funds. This is a survey course intended to expose participants to a vast array of issues in supply chain management. Successful participants will become familiar with important considerations in supply chain design, performance analysis and optimization.
